...Now that IS motivating!
really didn't realize the extent to which induction can "jump start" this wol! Did you all find it was "real weight...fat"? ...or perhaps more likely water weight? Do you all occasionally go back on induction...or remain in the continuing stages?
I am very intrigued with this, and am still hoping (I know I shouldn't say this) that induction isn't dangerous. I read somewhere that the body requires carbs for brain and central nervous system function...kinda scary to mess with that...but boy oh boy love the weightloss results! ...already I've lost 3 lbs, day 6, and it's that TOM...so I'm hoping I'll drop more in the days to come.
