Default Any Breastfeeding moms out there??

Hi Everyone! I'm new here. So glad i found this site. I just started yesterday. Just wondering if there are any breastfeeding moms out there?? My Doctor said that i should be fine with the diet, i just have to make sure that i keep my calories up to make up for the breastfeeding. I'm pretty much following the menu plans but i feel like im not eating enough.

Like milk, i just found out its acceptable in Phase 1 but how much can we have.
And my other question is, is it bad to have more than the 2 snacks allowed??

Thanks a million for any input.

BW

A good friend of mine is nursing her 5 month old and her Doctor said it was fine as long as she is getting her calories as well.. I would make sure that of all the meals, at least make sure you have a good breakfast and dinner..That way, your supply doesn't get low..

Good Luck!!
