Cool Food list for atkin's 2 week induction please?!?!?!?!?!?

I have been doing sugar busters for a few years now. I have decided to do the 2 week "induction" that I hear so much about. I think that means nothing but protein for 2 weeks such as eggs, chicken, meats, dairy, etc???
Could you please list what is allowable to eat for the 2 weeks? I want to get a jump on the weight loss and know I need a change to make it happen. Thank you!!!!

eggs
steak
chicken
cheese?
what else?

*hugs* Wen

Acceptable Foods list. Might want to add this to your favorites.

Atkins recommends that you keep your carbs at 20 for two weeks and most of that should come from veggies. Eat 2 cups of salad veggies and one cup of other allowed veggies. Usually anything green is good to go. Broccoli, spinach, zuchinni, califlower, green beans, mushrooms, are all allowed for example.

Eat only pure natural fat like olive oil or butter.

You can pretty much eat all the eggs and meat that you want-but only eat til you are satisfied. Keep cheese and dairy at less than 4 oz a day.

Make sure to read through the book, and at least read through the web site until you can get the book. There is much more to the plan then just the first two weeks.

Stay away from the bars, and candy as well, esp during induction.
