Lost of fish, shrimp, salad, you should have a good choice. Stay away from anything breaded.

Most any of the seafood selections (skip the breading and sauces), low carb veggies (broccoli, green beans, cauliflower, etc...), salad.
I believe they also have baked or broiled chicken and steak on the menu.
Basically, avoid breading, sauces and those cheese biscuits they put on the table and you should be fine.
Watch out as well for the tartar sauce (often has sugar) and cocktail sauce (always has sugar and is high in carbs for a small amount). Drawn butter would be a good choice for pouring over or dipping the seafood in.

Avoid anything fried...and avoid the Bread. They make the best bread I've ever tasted, it is very hard to stop if you eat any. Salads, Shrimp, Fish, Steak, and such should be fine. BTW, I found it interesting that when CSPI [I don't like the group - as they're anti-saturated fat - but their data is usefull] did a study on various foods and testing their Trans-Fat content, that Red Lobster's Admiral's Feast ranked as having the highest content of Trans-Fat (22g) of any food tested.

Careful of the Caesar salad, too...it has a very sweet taste. I don't know for a concrete fact that it has sugar, but I doubt that's Splenda in that dressing...

Thank you guys for all your suggestions!

Nancy, did you notice that we are both in Florida and have similar start and goal weights?

I order steak and shrimp scampi and a house salad with ranch.
You could also have boiled shrimp -0 carbs-with a teeny-tiny amount of cocktail sauce.

Go for anything boiled, broiled, baked, grilled or sauteed. Stay away from anything fried or breaded.

And back away from those delicious Cheddar Bay biscuits!
