Default Fiber with out the gas PLEASE HELP!!!

OK i did a search and i found lots of people have gas problems with Psyllium Husks, and i am VERY sensative what would cause normal people a little gas will cause me to swell up like a blimp and cause pain.

so what other ideas are there? I eat my 3 cups of veggies ( mostly broccoli and salad with lettuse that is not iceburge) and i drink at least 2 liters of water a day. usally more.

Ok before this WOE i ate a lot of fruit that help me ... go. now no fruit so no go.

i was looking on web MD the recomend fiber choice, has anyone tried this brand?

I have been on this WOE for 4 months can i add some fruit in to help me go?

Please help!!!

After induction, I added back in some berries and melon while keeping close watch on my carbs. It really wasn't enough fiber though. Many others might disagree, but if the Advantage bars do not cause you any problems or stalls, that is what I use. Just one Chocoate Decadence bar has 11 g of fiber which is 44% of your daily recommendation. That with lots of fresh dark leafy greens does well for me. I, like you, do not do well with the husks and stuff. Also, I split the bar up and have 1/2 for a snack and 1/2 for dessert. Gives me a good chocolate fix and keeps you regular at same time
Keep experimenting to find what works for you and your body. Everyone is different. Good luck.
