Hi, Everyone

I have been on the low-carb diet for about three months and went from 217 lbs to 180. My weight seems to go up and down. I am doing the atkins diet and I hope I am doing it right.

Jackie

Welcome menearj,
How much is your weight going up and down? A few lbs of change up or down is normal with water weight, hormones, etc. Also, if you are stuck for long, show us what you are eatting and drinking and someone may have good advice for you.
Good luck and congrats on your great loss so far
Marie

If you're following the Atkins book, feeling great and losing fat, I would say you were doing it right!

Hi Jackie and welcome! You may need to increase your water intake. Whenever I up my water, I lose more. Others may have more to say about your menu but it looks pretty good, as long as you are getting your veggies. Are you still on induction? If you up your carbs, perhaps that will jumpstart your weightloss...sounds crazy but often works! goodluck
