Default More questions for you********

OK I have thought of a few questions
If I lost 8 lbs on the first week of induction, mostly water I am assuming. How come I have not gained any back seeing now it is 3 weeks later?
If I lost so well on the first week, is it possible to stop induction for a week by slight upping carbs over 20/day and then do induction for another 2 weeks for another quick weight loss?

No just do the plan as it is laid out, this is'nt meant for a quick loss, you'll have many weeks of no loss at all, but you must stick with it, as your body just needs a break, before it gives up anymore fat.

Cheers Kathy

Re-inducting could be a good trick if one has fallen off the wagon, binged or had a longer stall - to clean the body out and kickstart ketosis again. However, I kept to 20g carbs for three months and never again experienced the major whoosh of the initial two weeks.

I would use the plan as it is laid out in Atkin's. Just like Gilibel said, reintroducing induction would be a good alternative to those who are stalling or "fallen off of the wagon". Remember to look at this as a NWOE, not just a quick weight loss plan.

All good advice above. Before you start fiddling with your eating, instead of doing the plan as written, you might want to read this article: One Golden Shot
