Default It's been 1 Year Since...
Tomorrow is the 1 year anniversary of my weight dropping below 300 pounds. I promised myself back in 1996, when I went on my first LF Diet [at the time I was 190 and only needed to lose about 25 pounds] that I would never be over 300. Unfortunately, despite this I broke 300 in early to mid-2002, about the time my Uncle passed away [from Hypertension/Diabetes.] In the following months I packed on another 20-30 pounds.

December 2002, I went on Atkins...and on January 28, 2003...the scale read 299. Tomorrow - January 28, 2004 - will make 1 year since I've been 300 pounds. I was hoping to break 200 by the 1st Anniversary. But, right now I'm at about 209-210, which is pretty good [90 pounds in 1 year.]
