Default New and hoping for a little support!

I am doing Atkins again. I tried it a few years ago and it worked really well.I lost 20lbs then got pregnant and went off. Baby is now 2 and I'm ready to begin again. I'm off to a shaky start but I have started. I thought coming here would help. Support does wonders for me.

Glad to have you here--keeping up with a 2 year old should help with your exercise!

I'm looking forward to watching your progress.
