Default Thoughtful friend

I had to take my daughter to the emergency room this afternoon (school accident). I called a neighbor so she could let my husband and other daughters know. My friend came and sat in the emergency room and brought a bag of candy - All of it low carb! And she is on low fat. She wasn't sure what might be good so she brought 7 different kinds. I did end up sharing 3 types between my daughter (sprained ankle) and friend. It was quit a feast. I am so glad to be home. I hope the sugar alchols don't have too big an effect. BTW the Russell Stover Mint Patties Were the BEST.

What a nice person your friend is, to actually consider what you might be able to have and buy them for you, your friend is very kind.

Sometimes in times of stress we can slip back into old patterns of eating/snacking, and she must have been thinking ahead.
