I like to use no-salt Lemon Pepper seasoning on chicken (good for fish and veggies too)--it's really, really good!
Also, marinade in Italian salad dressing or Newman's Own oil and vinegar.
For pork (could work for steak and chicken, too) I roast in a combination of olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder and 1/2 a packet of splenda. Beef OXO (bouillon) is good, too.
Ummm, worcestershire sauce is great for frying, marinating, roasting beef.
