Hi everyone.

Today is the last day of my first 2 weeks of induction. I have decided to stay on induction because I still have a long way (weigh?) to go.

I am thinking about trying on some shorts, but not yet, too early.

Good night!

Hey everyone,

Please send me a pm with your results each week so I can post. I don't care what day you send, but if you have your results to me each Thursday I will post compile and post each Friday.

Thanks!

Hi!
I would love to join the Independence Day challenge. I would like to be independent from my weight burden. My Independence goal is 145. I am currently 169, so it is 24 pounds. Almost a pound a week. I'm in!

Tamij I would hesitate to tell anyone there goals are unrealistic. I lost 50 pounds in six months myself without to much hardship. Now things have gotten a lot slower lately but I've noticed that everyone on this forum is different. Some loose fast, some loose slow.

Started South Beach Phase 1 on Tuesday, January 20th and stepped on the scale this morning, and I finally broke the 260 mark I've been hovering around!!! I normally try to record the weight on Tuesday, but I just knew that this was working and couldn't wait. Also, I ordered a pantsuit online in a size 18(I wore a 22, and sometimes 24, when I started LCing) and it's wearable, but will be too big very soon. So, even though the scale hasn't been moving much, all of this exercise I've been doing has really been paying off!

259>>>>>>>>January 23rd

I like this idea. Right now I'm 172 with 22.6% body fat and on July 4th I want to be 155 with 19% body fat.

Stopping by to see how everyone is doing.

We have a ton of snow here (about 14 inches), which means I have been cooped up in the house since Sunday afternoon.

I really need to get out of the house. I must confess, I did not exercise at all even though we have a treadmill, weights etc in the house.

I did some snow removal, but mostly that was starting the snowblower...

I am ready to get out of the house and get some sunshine!

Hope everyone is doing well.
