Unhappy I fell off the wagon

Was doing really well for two weeks. Lost about 4 lbs. ent to New Orleans this weekend with girlfriends and went completely off the wagon. Started back today. How much will two days of hedonistic behavior set me back? I could just kick myself.......

It will set you back - but not too much. Just go straight back on plan. Try to get some excercise to burn off the carbs (and booze?) you may have consumed. Drink lots of water.

Most important, don't beat yourself up and don't look back - focus on the future.

Good luck.

Not that I recommend 'falling of the wagon' but what's worked for me to get back into ketosis quicker is to boost my fat percentage and to get a good, heavy workout to burn the carbs plus plenty of water. Usually takes 3 days to get back into ketosis, but I find the above gets me there in 2. I definitely don't want to have to do it, tho

I wouldnt really worry about a few bad days, just pick yourself up, dust yourself off and get back in the groove. Remember this WOE is a long term thing and not just a day to day diet!
