Can someone tell me how to put up the sign that says how many pounds I've lost. I've lost 25 so far and want to let all know.
QUOTE]

With any sign you want to use, you can right-click on it, go to Properties (for the address) , then cut and paste the link.

When you first cut and paste -- the link will look like this:

http://www.berighteous.com/atkins/008.jpg

then you need to add before and after the link with one space between the outer brackets -- so it will now look like this:

I hope this works for you.

Can I join, even though I'm a little late?? I haven't cheated since January 5th.

I consider cheating having a "serving" of something that isn't LC approved. If I have 3 pieces of popcorn, I don't consider it a cheat. If I eat a whole bowl... it's a cheat.

I'm pysched to join.... I'd love to get the cool 100 Day Challenge emblem for my signature... I know where the http://home.new.rr.com/kitanniweb/atkins/1.gif one is... but I was hoping for the one with the food all around it?

Welcome everyone that recently joined.

Well the weekend was not so good. I had chocolate cake last night, it was good, but it was not good for me. Oh, well I am back today and didn't gain anything so I'm ok. I am still at the same weight since the begining of the month. If I were to cut down on my food intake it would help me lose but I don't want to so I guess I will just wait till I get up the nerve. For now I am just LCing and living not counting or weighing much, and don't mind that. I did start exercising though maybe that will help out also.

Hope everyone has a great day

lol you guys crack me up!! I'm so glad I asked Boos to make the sign. It is so much snappier than the little boring star huh?

I have been trying to limit my time on here cuz I was spending 2-4 hours a day and not getting anything else done! Imagine that! I'm still going strong cheat free, but the weight has not been moving at all. Actually went up 3.5 pounds but now only 1 pound over. I have been retaining water like crazy, and TOM is a week away. Trying to drastically cut salt, cheese, bacon etc. Most days I get in the 4th L of water, but if I went to 5 I just bloated up more.

Had a little mini splurge tonight and my DD (4yrs old) and I made Rocky Road icecream. I posted the recipe in the sweet treats section of the recipe forum. I had a very low carb count today, so I felt I could afford the splurge. I also got a box of ketogenics honey wheat bread (since everyone said the Atkins is gross) and made that in my bread machine. The darn thing raised so much and was touching the little window of my 2lb "can". I've never had real bread raise that much. When I took it out it just kinda collapased. Now it has the shape of a starfish, well minus 1 leg lol. I had the little top crust of that with some butter mmmmmm can't resist the top crust of warm bread. I would throw away the whole loaf it I could just have that top piece warm. It only has 2 net effective carbs/slice. I was worried it would taste yuck, cuz it didn't smell that great while baking but it wasn't half bad, either that or I haven't had bread for 2 months so at this point anything would taste good!!!!

Almost cheated last night but didn't. I made these cheesecake bites, not bad but could use a little improvement. Here is a link to the recipe:

http://www.carboptions.com/scripts/...net.asp?id=6840

If someone could help me modify it to make it taste more like cheesecake and less like peanut butter that would be great. I used the natural peanut butter that I had in my fridge not the Carb Options and I didn't put peanuts on the outside I just left them out.
