Smile Hello from Canada west !

Hi, my name is Chad and I am reletively new to LC and I really have been enjoying reading the forums so I thought I would join and hopefully get some answers to questions I have. I'm a musician/ teacher and I'm looking to shed all those lbs that snuck up on me over the last year........especially christmas ( way too many goodies! ).

A good friend of mine has been doing LC on and off for about a year and has seen some very good results ( with the exception of a couple weeks here and there of beer drinking! ) but overall I have been inspired.

I am on day 15 of the Atkins plan ( induction ) and have been following it completely. I have just started an every day cardio routine about 5 days ago and so far I have lost 11 lbs ( although I am guilty of not weighing myself in the same clothes all the time ).

I'm following the Zone diet. It's been almost 3 weeks and I think I've lost about 4-5 lbs!

Hey Vancouver! Welcome.
Keep up the good work! You've made a great start and it will only get better. I have been on Atkins for 4 months now with a loss of 25 lbs. Now, I have to start the excercise and I'll loose more. You will do fine as you're already doing the excercise!
