~Callin All Texan's!~
Howdy do!
I'm from Garland {Dallas County.}
I'm on day 3 of Ph-1 SBD. 1/19/04
I have lost 4 lbs. already...
Even if yer not from TX, please feel free ta share/chat here!
I celebrated my 10 year Ann. with my hubby Dave in June.
We have a son named Cory. He is the beat of my heart. He's 10 years old.
We are all 3 doing SB....Hubby and I have 35 lbs. ta loose.... Son has about 20.
We got in a mess with "Comfort Food Cooking." I have Italian in me {Moms Side}, and everything is Pasta, Pasta, Pasta! That and Mexican Food is our weakness.
Plus, we live in an apt. so it's hard ta get moving sometimes. I truly feel if we lived in a house with a neighborhood, we would get out more.
We should get our dream home soon enough though, as I'm in the process of becoming a first time published author..{Children's books.}
I homeschool my 4th grader, and we are members of two Homeschooling Association Groups. He is with other children his age and we take lots of field trips together and have play dates.
My hubby works 12 hour night shifts for a printing co. 7pm-7am.
This has been very hard for me to deal with bc I never had ta worry about food/exercise before having a child.... I wore a size 0 in jeans, sometimes a 1 if I wanted them to be loose fit. A medium size shirt was pretty loose, so I mostly wore smalls. Dress size was 1 or a 2...Depending on where I bought the clothes.
I could eat like a horse and never gain an ounce.
I still have that huge hunger, but since Cory, that has made me go up and down with weight. I'm a tight 16 and my goal is to be around 135 at size 10/11.... Once I get there, I can see if more needs to come off, or If I have reached goal by then..
Hope to chat with you guys soon!
