Smile Greetings fellow low carbers

I just finished the 2 week Atkins induction diet and I am satisfied with my results. As Dr Atkins claimed would happen in his book, I don't have cravings for sugar or foods high in carbs and I do have more energy. Life is good.

Wow, 10lbs is a great success for the first two weeks. Remember now after the two weeks are over you need to decide whether you want to move into Ongoing Weight Loss (OWL) or stay on Induction. It is critical that you follow the steps. If you go off the diet after the first two weeks, the pounds can come back quickly.

So celebrate!! But don't fall off the wagon while celebrating!!

Great Job!!

Thanks for the welcome and words of encouragement. I don't find the induction very hard and plan on staying on it for a while.
Question: I love escargot but haven't ate any because I can't find their carb count, and believe me I've tried. Would you know?

Wow, don't know for certain but I did a quick search and found a recipe that listed carbs. Maybe this will help:
