Talking ok a pat on the back for me

I am on day 6 and I feel great with this way of eating. I play Bunco with a group of friends once a month and I was there last night and the hostess always has bowls of goodies candy, chips, you name it. I ate before I went so I would not be hungry during the snack fest let me tell you I did not eat one chip, one piece of candy or anything. I would have normally ate it all .
I called ahead of time to see what she was serving for dinner. It was not Induction friendly. So when it came time for dinner I ate the salad and I had packed some cheese , roastbeef and a couple of hardboiled eggs. I was a Happy camper I was in control of the whole situation for the 1st time in my life . The food is used to have control of me. No more I'am in control !! I eat to live not live to eat , I want to be a winner at losing! thought I would share. Oregongirl

and did I mention the energy !! wow weeee..
I wake up earlier and I have found that I do not get that jet lag in the afternoon like I used to!
