Default Safeway Brand bread

I shopped at the Safeway really fast this morning. I found Safeway Select brand bread called "I'm Counting My Carbs" Counting or watching.

Anyway it's 10g total with 4 fiber for 6g net. It has 0 transfats and the only sugar I can find is raisan juice (Darah Lee brand contains at least 2 sugars I found).

What's great about it though is it's shelf stable, and these slices are huge. They would make great samwich bread. No clue on the taste yet though. It came in white (origional) and wheat. I'm thinkign tomarrow of trying a grilled cheese with some habanaro jack I found

isnt it great to have all these new lc products widely available.

we no longer have to hunt for lc prodcuts. and they are starting to taste better and better.

now if it will keep going competition will make the prices go down. they are a little steep right now.

I found another new brand at my health food store. It has only 4 net carbs and no sweetners at all. Unlike the safeway bread it is kind of thin though, it's still large surface wise though.
