Breakfast is usually a couple of eggs, sometimes with bacon.
Lunch is usually a burger patty with cheese and some salad.
Dinner is fried chicken or maybe prime rib with veggies and/or salad.
Occasional snack of cheese, pepperoni stick, celery with cream cheese, sometimes hot wings.
This is all while I'm on the road.
Home is better... beef veggie stew, rotisserie chicken, etc.
No vitamin yet... I completely forgot about getting one. Doh. Maybe that is it?
