Default Who drinks Crystal Light in POWDER form?

I've read several posts and I know that the bottled Crystal Light is made with splenda as opposed to the aspartame in the powdered Crystal Light. But is the powdered a definite no-no, or is it just a preference or a possible staller? I picked some powdered up at Wal-Mart the other day because it was on sale. I'd never tried it before because I've stayed faithful to "just plain 'ol water", but I found out I really like the lemonade flavor. Kinda puts me in a summertime kinda mood, if you know what I mean.

Anyway, what's your opinion on this subject? Thanks for your input!

I do, on occassion since the bottled is so expensive. Granted, its made from asparateme, but I don't drink daily so I don't see a problem plus I have never had a problem with weight loss drinking it. Quite frankly, the only 2 beverages I drink during the day is coffee in the morning and water water and more water.

I drink about 5 glasses per week and it doesn't hurt me at all - I think it's a personal thing really, some people react, so don't.
