Smile Hi Bri- Guy

Hi Bri-Guy and welcome,

The best advice I can give at the moment is to look around this site and get as much information and feedback as you can, drink lots of water and stick with what it says in the book.

If you just click in to one or two messages you'll find a whole load of information and you'll learn new things daily.

Happy browsing,

Bez

Moderator - I think the stickies are sticking a bit, I've had problems since I logged on!!

Hi Bri-guy (love that name)

Like they all said, just do what it says in the book and keep drinking water. It works.

Make your food interesting, you have an abundance of fabulous ingredients available to you. Last night for dinner I have a huge steak with pepper cream sauce, fine green beans and a couple of large mushrooms topped with cheddar cheese and a drizzle of pesto. All this followed by sugar free rasberry jelly (jello) and cream I could have licked the plate.

So go for it bri-guy this will be the easiest diet you every did.

Sharon
