i make my own tomato sauce and i figure it works out to about 5.5g carbs, so p.n.'s is pretty good indeed. tomatoes aren't the lowest carb veg. (i mean fruit

)

Newman's Marinara

I just looked at mine tonight and realized it has corn syrup and a high sugar count. Ugh. It's just hard to find any low carb marinara.

Pasta sauce

I was in the store reading labels for an hour yesterday. The lowest carb count for pasta sauce I could find was 1/2 cup per serving, at 6.3grams carbs. This is in Toronto, Master's choice brand (Dominion). Funny, their mayo was the lowest I have ever found. Anybody got a brand that's lower??
