I actually don't like the taste of splenda, or foods containing splenda. I feel any substitute will have some negative effect one way or another, so I just chose to go with foods that tastes good to me. My preference is saccharin, and most of the diet foods I eat contain aspartame. Knowing that they are bad helps me to not have them too often.
