Smile Are you addicted to this site?

Anyone else out there addicted to this site? Several months ago I joined the site and loved it! I found myself running to the computer like 5 times a day to check it out. Our computer crashed and I actually found it hard to stick to the diet without this group and quit. Well, we've got a computer again, I'm on Atkins again and I'm always here again I just thought I'd ask cuz my husband just came in laughing and shaking his head. He thinks I'm a forum junkie.

Have a great day!

I’m in denial. No addiction here, nope, not.
“I do not have an addition!”
I call it my investment into educational/research stage.

Yes I am addicted, but I have to be. It is the only thing that is keeping me going, besides the scale going down.
I am not in denial. I know I am addicted. First place I go in the morning and last place at night and I won't tell you how many times in between

I am addicted to this one, fitday and a British board too. It's what keeps me on track.

I wouldn't be getting through induction cheat-free, if it wasn't for this site! I love all the support we get here, it's great!

FOr some reason my first post didn't show up. Basically what it said is that I check the site about 5 times a day. I love it!

Glad to hear I'm not the only one

The forum is an awesome way to learn more about people and lowcarbing, not mention the great support. I'm so glad I stumbled on to it!

Default Yes!

I think I used to eat when I was bored (and when I was tired, sad, stressed, happy, etc...)

Anyway, now I find myself filling my water bottle and sitting down at the computer to check this site instead of sticking my head in the refrigerator.

A good trade off I believe.
