Default Petite Gal Needs Help with Blocks

Happy New Year All: I am a petite woman and I am having trouble calculating blocks as they relate to a person or my stature or lack there of. Can anyone help me out with this. I also need help figuring out the fat blocks - I like to eat salmon and other fatty fish. Do I add a fat block with this meal?

Have you used the online calculator at zoneperfect.com? Chances are it would come up with 11, however, some people, 5'1" and under do well with less. I do not suggest going below 9 ~ever.

You do not need to add fat to a fatty protein meal
