I also think that we are all programmed to eat everything on our plates. I remember as a kid my Mom saying "eat it all, be happy you have it, kids are starving in Ethiopia." None of us want to waste food so super sizing is definately bad when it comes to things like fries and sugary drinks. We really need choose healthier foods though to beat the epidemic. I eat way more than I ever did before this WOL & the pounds just keep dropping off me.
