Default Onederland!!!
Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season! The best present came for me Christmas Eve as I finally broke into Onederland for the first time in over a decade. *wipes tears*

I really just wanted to gloat a bit and hopefully inspire someone fresh to Atkins - it does work. I've never cheated - not a single time. I'm still on induction and still going strong. 6 months and 84 pounds - I couldn't be more pleased! Now... only 39 left to go!

Wow!! What away to start Christmas & your New Year! You are an inspiration. I got into onederland the Sunday before Christmas but I'm just getting started so I hope I can do as good as you have. Thank You for sharing your pictures. They are great!! Keep up the good work!!

Mel, congratulations. You have done so well, losing so much in such a short time. Almost 10 months and 67 pounds for me. Shows alot of willpower being able to stay on induction foods and carb levels all this time. I'm doing OWL.

CONGRATULATIONS! We almost have the same stats. I started at 273 and hit onederland a few weeks ago. It feels great, doesn't it! I'm still on Induction, too. Way to go!
