Today was such a crazy day and at 5:00 pm I realized there was nothing to eat in the house. It was cold and raining and I had to take my 16 month old to the grocery store to get something to eat. I remembered the good old days and wished I could have called for pizza!
Anybody else missing delivery? Do you have any other type of delivery in your area (ribs, barbecue -no sauce of course!- salads)?

We don't have ANY kind of delivery around here... we have ONE little diner, open most days...unless she feels like closing down for a couple of hours mid-afternoon... Of course, since Oct., we haven't had a grocery store either!

I still order pizza. We have extra cheese with meats and veggies. I order extra sauce so we can slide it off the crust easier. I checked with my pizzaria and they don't have added sugar in the sauce.
We also have something similar to Waiters on Wheels. I can order Fajitas and Chicken Proscutto(?) wraps with a salad. It just take some imagination with your order and finding someone to get it for you! Pricey service tho. It's a full time mom, full time worker, full time grad student's life line! Bruchi's steak or chicken deluxe (minus bread) with spinach salad is great too-but no delivery. Bummer.
