Hi Wanda and Clive,
You guys are right it is a very good thing to have completed a challenge. I know that I'm healthier for it and I'm glad I did it.
Wanda, I'm already lovin' the lack of structure. I'm just doing whatever pleases me at the moment and I've got to tell you that it's making for some very sore muscles. I'm hitting a lot of muscles that have not been directly targeted in BFL, like forarms, hip abductors, the front of my shins. But I know that in a few weeks I'll be ready to get back to a hardcore BFL challenge.
It'll be fun to have a bunch of us starting at the same time. Maybe we should announce the start of a BFL challenge on January 6th in some other forums. I know anybody can start a challenge anytime they like, but it might help to motivate someone if they know they are getting into it with a bunch of people. It'll also give time to pick up the book and have a read through.
I guess it would be considered off topic in other forums except maybe the general exercise forum, and hey, isn't there a forum specifically for challenges? Or is this a goofy idea?
