My main way of getting back on track is to think of how much better I'll feel. It sounds simple and corny, but if I have the choice of: a) eat well -> feel good, have a productive day tomorrow OR b) eat junk -> feel like crud, have insomnia, then have a hangover the next day"... put that bluntly, I usually choose a).
