183 this morning. Had to double and triple check it to make sure I got the same thing. It seems as if I have now dropped about 7 pounds in the last week or so.

I was kind of hacked off, because I had been hovering around 190 for several weeks. I started taking the atkins basic 3 vitamins, and also the essential oils supplment. On top of that, I am now taking L-carnitine every day, and the CoQ10 product.

Atkins says at the back of his book that these things can help unlock a stall, and evidently it has kicked in for me bigtime.
