Default Stocking the pantry?

Hi there. I'm going to a low carb store tomorrow and am interested in any ideas you guys have about items to keep on hand in the pantry to assist in throwing together meals. In the past, I stocked items such as pasta, tomato paste, capers, etc. Any creative ideas floating around out there? Thanks for any help. Lori

It does? I don't remember a shopping list. Guess I'll have to go back to the basics! Thanks.

No problem - I think it is in the induction section something like "stocking your refrigerator" ...

Low carb specialty items that I would recommend getting:

DaVinci Sugar Free Flavored Syrups -- My favorite is Toasted Marshmallow
Keto Oatmeal -- my favorite breakfast. 12g carbs - 9 fiber == 3 net carbs
LaTortilla Low Carb Tortillas
Misc. Atkins Products (my favorites are Ketch-a-tomato and Morning Start bars)
Low Carb Bagels

Most low carb stores have TONS of candy -- I recommend avoiding them as they tend to be loaded with sugar alcohols. Check the labels.
