Default Bill Cosby "I Am What I Ate...and I'm Frightened!!!"

Bill Cosby was on Larry King Live last night talking about his new book "I Am What I Ate...and I'm Frightened!!!"

Comedy for sure, but he did talk about the importance of protein a few times.

Here is the transcript.

That's funny, thanks. I love Bill Cosby. Maybe Santa will bring me that book for Christmas.

I'm sure the book is funny, but it doesn't sound as if it involves low carbing. In the description of it on Amazon it refers to the low fat diet Cosby's doctor has put him on and how he wishes he could still have things like bacon and cheese.

There's an exerpt from this in the December issue of Reader's Digest. I was going to post about it some time ago but forgot to. In the exerpt he really was dissing high-carb foods. Another interesting point was something about Julia Roberts and the foods she eats--lots of steak. I thought it interesting, anyway.
