Welcome to the Triple Digits Club!

Take a look around, you'll find lots of interesting and useful information to help you succeed where other "diets" have failed you.

Oh, and a very supportive community of friends.

Good luck!

Welcome! You will find a group of people who KNOW this way of eating promotes health...not some so-called dietician who thinks eating pasta, rice and bread is a good thing. You will meet some folx who have made life changing progress and perhaps some who have made life saving changes to their way of eating.
Regardless what you find: you have come to the right place!

Welcome to the Triple Digits Club!

Why don't you consider starting today instead of next month? Even if you go off a little for Christmas, you'll still come out ahead if you start now.

Amazlilith, welcome to the TDC! These folks know their stuff and are very supportive. You've definitely found the right place.

I second what Liz suggested - even if you aren't prepared grocery wise to go full blown into induction, you can reduce the carbs you eat now in each meal. Cutting back now will really help induction to go smoothly for you. Good luck!

Hi Amazlilith, Welcome to the TDC! I did pretty much the same thing that you are doing. I had about a month to plan for my diet and I think that it might have made all of the differance. Except for the 10 pounds that I gained eating all of the foods that I thought I would miss. Don't do that!

You've found a great place for information, support, and Low Carb Friendshipts! Anything you can't find, you can just ask. Good luck to you on this journey!

If you aren't starting until next month you have time to read THE BOOK, do it, it makes all the difference in the world. I am in the process of reading it for the 3rd time since I started and each time I find new information that I didn't remember from the last time. The people on the forums are great and have so many good ideas and advice, couldn't do it without them. Good luck to you.
