does anyone know what xanthan gum is and how your body metabolizes it?

It's mostly fiber. It's available in health foods stores, bulk stores, and natural or organic food stores.

thanks for that link. In the packagae I saw at the health food store, there was more fiber carbs than regular carbs. I didn't know how there could be -1 carbs in something.
