The problem is more people who eat moderate carb, then go back to induction to lose weight. Or worse the type who are on a week off a week, or on during the weeks and off on weekends. For them induction becomes like a crutch.
Since you are sticking at 20g net on OWL, just consider yourself on OWL, even when your mainly eating from the induction allowed list. Keeping it at 20 and low GI will keep your insulin steady and not get a build up of gluclose needing an induction detox. If you were doing 100, then dropping down to induction, and back and forth, then that would be a problem
