It rather funny, because your feeling just fine and then 'OOOPSIE!'.
To the suggestion to cut fat intake, I would say try to add the fiber first. Because cutting fats may or may not mean you gotta fill it with some other food type, because your hungry, and that might not be so good :-)
The other suggestion might be to take Enzymes. Its helped members of my family.
