Talking YOOOOOOHOOO, I am excited

I am so very excited , I have been back to strictly following my LC plan since Sept. 3 and have lost a total of 8 lbs the very first week. Not to mention how great I feel and I had the best night sleep in months last night. I have been eating all the fabulous food I love and I even passed up Scotcheroos last Friday afternoon (now that was tough) but I did it.
Thanks for letting me share this with all of you.

Cindy

Thumbs up

Cindy,
Congratulations on your first week!!!! Way to go.......
If I do half as good my first week, I would be thrilled.
I want to wait for a two week period before I weigh
in. I am one of those people who kicks the scale around
the floor, looking for a lower number...bad habit.

Keep us posted!

Wow, you too have been very successful. It has been so gratifying to come here and see the incredible success stories. It has been true motivation for me to continue following a LC plan.
Thanks
Cindy
