Good for them... but they should expand it a little more! And shoot for foods with lower carb counts...

I'm glad they've partnered with Atkins on this one.

We won't have any nightmarish surprises like the sweeteners in Ruby Tuesday's cheesecake.

Yeah, I'm going to go shoping in one of our bigger towns this weekend. This will be the first restaurant that I know of that is low carb around here. I have to drive 90 miles to get there but I can't wait and had already planned to go.

I go there already for lunch now and then and the cobb salad is excellent!!! If they havent rolled out the new menu when you get there, i would recomend that, Just tell the server not to bring the rolls!

Alas, while there is a T.G.I.Friday's in the Vancouver, BC area, (actually in Burnaby), they will not be carrying the low carb menu at this time ...

'Course, I did put a suggestion into the manager that they consider it. While I can always find great food to eat at restaurants, it would be a fun option to have

I and Dh went to TGI's last Saturday and I had the garlic chicken (I am not sure if it is the one they are talking about, it had roasted garlic chips on it and it was delicious!) If this was the Atkins one I did not know that at the time and I was not sure about zuccini, yellow squash and roma tomatoes served with it. I at the few tomatoes that were in it but did not eat much of the other veggies because I was not sure about the carb count. I hope more restaruants jump on the wagon. I am getting kind of sick of grabbing the McD's double cheeseburgers (minus catsup) for a quick dinner.

Hooray, hooray! I am so happy to see this. We enjoy Fridays, and it will be nice to see some more options for myself and others lc'ing it! I hope more restaurants continue to follow!

I had lc fajitas at Don Pablo's last night. Very good!

Default artichoke dip

I just bought a artichoke dip made by TGIF it has 1 carb per tablespoon. It is naturally low in carbs. I got it at a local grocery store in the frozen food section and can't wait to dip some vegetables in it.
