I did really well during the Thanksgiving Dinner - mostly turkey, ham, roast beef and a little cabbage - resisted the mac 'n cheese, mashed potatoes, stuffing, etc and felt really proud of myself!!! That is until all the desserts were set out.......caved into a slice of apple pie and TWO of sweet potato pie - it was SOOOO good!!!!

Fortunately, however, I did not gain anything and eventually LOST 2.5 by that Monday!
