Default Where can I buy lc milk in Australia?

hey everyone,
i have another question...
i was wondering if anyone knows of any lc milk available in sydney? i have found malt free soy milk at supermarkets which are 3.9 carbs per 100ml, i suppose i could get used to the taste eventually, but i was hopping someone has come across a better alternative.
thanks in advance,

susie

there is no low carb milk that i know of. you can buy lactose free milk but it still has carbs. i get lactose free milk at coles in the long life section.

yeh it tastes like cow's milk, which i actually don't like because i haven't been able to have it for 10 years!! all i've noticed is it is slightly sweeter than normal cow's milk. the lactose has been changed to glucose and galactose so you still have to be careful with it as it could stall you.
