Question Xenadrin EFX during Atkins

Is it ok to get an extra boost for your metabolism by taking Xenadrin EFX?
It' Ephedrine-free.

Just wondering cause I have half a bottle left from before I started Atkins.

Thanks,

Lily

I took it last year and combined with exercise, I had very good results, however, I wasn't sure whether it was the pills or the exercise 3x weekly. I'm not taking them now because of the price though.

I used them for 4 weeks and lost 3 pounds while on Atkins. They gave me a tiny boost in my weight loss but I don't think they are worth the money. If you have some left might as well use them, see if it gives you a little boost.

Yeah that's what I want to do. I paid for them might as well finish them up.

Thanks,

Lily

I think it's pretty safe. But for long term weight loss supplements I would try to find something else. I know Atkins has a dietary supplement (expensive though). I heard flaxseed oil is good and there are others that help speed it up a little. You should check those out when you finish your bottle of xenadrine.

Here's a site that will tell you what it is -- I use hemp oil, it has both Omega 3 & 6.

I looked at them, but most of the ingredients were things I already was supplimenting with as seperate pills, and for the most part they just didn't look worth the money. Maybe if I hear good things about them and an LC diet I'll try them.

Hi Lily

I would say go for it with the Xenedrine EFX. I went on them for three months when I first starting dieting and lost about 1-2 kilos a week. Not really sure if it was the pills or just the fact that I was 'dieting' that shed the kilos BUT they definitely helped me with energy which I was lacking due to depression and being 223 lbs! Either way you will lose on them; either the pills make you lose weight themselves or the energy they give you make you exercise more so you lose more.
