we are happy to have you. Most of the time there is alot more treading but I think due to the upcoming holiday we are hitting a slump. I have not treaded in a week I think I better get on RIGHT NOW.

hello everyone, i'm susie from sydney australia. anyway i have been looking for some motivation to help me get back on my treadmill and i thought maybe i could join you in this treadmill challenge if it isn't too late. let me know how it works (do i just enter how many miles i did for the day and how long it took?)
i'm starting tomorrow, so wish me luck!

i had planned to start back on the tredmill yesterday and the day before, but i keep making excuses....not tonight though, i'm going to walk for an hour and then post how many miles i've done!!!!!!!!!!!

Thurs 1.75 miles (25 minutes)
Friday 1.81 miles (30 minutes)

Question

I would like to join this cahllange if it is ok. I don't currently walk on the treadmill but plan to change that today. When I was walking regularly I was only doing 2.8-3.4 min for my speed. Would you believe I quit using it when the battery went out on the display. I needed that affirmation and here I quit. How stupid. I have to start from the beggining now but am excited.

I plan on starting with just about 15 minutes day. I have to get this habit going.

Welcome Karen post those miles and enjoy that treadmilling again.

forgot to post yesterday's miles it was a HIIT day so it was a biggie. 5.25 miles.
Will post today's after the ball game as I suspect it will get boring and I will need some extra treading to avoid the hand to mouth bordom releif mechanism I still seem to have. You should hear my legs talking to my hands about it when I'm tired and treadmilling to keep from eating.

did the HIIT today with the new format and boy did my left hammie scream about it. I stepped of the side of the treadmill yesterday afternoon watching the ball game so i'm not sure if it is tight from that or the incline being higher but it didn't stretch out very well so i will be watching it.
Yesterday's cardio and bordom walk was 6.25 miles.
Todays HIIT and fat burn was 6.25 miles
