Since when do we get enough water from our food? I thought we were SUPPOSE to drink water no matter how we eat!

Huh? I am beyond Induction, eating 30 net grams of carbs a day. I'll put my nutrition count up against a low-fat diet almost any day of the week. Here's one I pulled from a few days back (have been lazy on FitDay this week). This is a day with 1776 calories, 45 carbs, 14 grams of fiber. In other words, this wasn't even one of my good days!
