Default Happy Thanksgiving! What is your menu?

Wanted to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving! Also to give my list of goodies for the feast.
Turkey (of course)---
Squash--
LC Stuffing (made with LC bread, celery, onions, seasoning, chicken broth, butter)
LC Cranberries (large bag fresh cranberries cooked with splenda and a little water then when cranberries pop and cook down I add 1 box sugar free cranberry jello to get that thickness sugar normally gives it.)
LC SF pumpkin cheesecake with whipped cream

AND of course for the non-LC people, rolls, apple pie, pumpkin pie

Now I'm intrested to see what everyone elses menus are going to be:-)

Default I'm going to Ryan's Family Steak House!

We are going to Ryan's Family Steak House and have dinner. They are serving a Thanksgiving Buffet with just about everything. My daughter is wanting me to come off the diet for tomorrow and have a "refeed", but I told her that when I have lost 58 lbs like she has (she is on Atkins also) then I will think about it. I don't believe I will go off the diet because I can eat at this resturant and still stay on Atkins. If I have to I will just eat meat!! Right!

b4ugo, I eat at Ryan's a couple of times each month and it is fun and easy to stay on plan. Your daughter will be jealous of what you eat! If you are past induction, besides the all you can eat steak, their bbq is great - it is just the pork and natural juices - no sauce added. The salad bar is great too with fresh spinach, cucumbers, cauliflower, broccoli etc. I even treat myself to a small serving of fresh melon or berries if it looks good! Have fun and as long as you don't go to the dessert bar you will probably have more fun and variety with what you eat than your daughter! Have fun and happy turkey day!

Turkey
gravy (lc)
faux potatoes
baked sweet and white potatoes for those who want 'em
rolls, ditto
brussel sprouts w/ hollandaise sauce (really, it's traditional for us!)
big green with goodies salad
lc cranberry sauce
cranberry/orange relish
pumpkin pies--both types (lc and c)
maybe a lc cheesecake
and just in case that's not enough: olives, nuts, and cheeses.

Think that will take care of us.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day. My daughter's coming home in about 2.5 hours! YIPPEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!

I hope everyone's Thankgiving went as good as mine.

I worked out with weights and walked 2.1 miles today. Dinner consisted of turkey, gravy, lc dressing, black olives, dill pickles, cucumbers, fresh mushrooms and lc deviled eggs. My carbs are a little higher today because of the dressing , but I did not eat too many.

I considered eating more dressing than I should have but did not. I have eaten dressing a thousand times in my life and really don't miss it now. After a bite or two of the dressing I realized that the thrill is gone for pigging out on stuffing so I had more turkey. That's a new one for me, having contolled my portions like that.

I'm full now and we're about to go shopping for the Thursday only sales. Later I'll have some dessert made of cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, splenda, sf jello and walnuts.

I'm a little late with the menu but it was:
eggplant cavier on flax chips, and raw veggie appetisers
low carb pumpkin soup (the pilgrim bake pumpkins were a disaster so they became soup)
Deep fried turkey
collard greens
flax seed meal stuffing
low carb carnberry sauce like the one Nibby makes but with plain gelatin as the thickener
pecan pie

Hope all of you had a happy turkey day and stayed cheatfree and low carb.
