Default Hi, I'm New...

Hi,

I am a married mother of 2 boys & I also run a home daycare. I've been battling with my weight for as long as I can remember. The only "organized" program I've ever tried was Weight Watchers where I lost 20lbs but then quickly reverted back to old habits. Both my husband and I are on week 2 of the induction diet for Atkins. I'm trying to plan our meals for next week and have a few questions which I guess I will post somewhere other than the intro board

Hi Kelly,

Welcome aboard. It's a great idea to plan meals in advance, I like it!

Looking forward to hearing how the induction goes.

Wa'il

Hi. Welcome! I'm a home day care provider also. I know what stress it is to feed all the kids and not be eating it ourselves. Great idea for a menu. It will help, especially with our busy lives.

Welcome Daycare mom...glad to hear your hubby is joining you...nothing like an eating buddy to support each other.

Good luck.
