Default Atkins bars may stall weightloss?

Hello everyone. I have been LC-ing for just over 7 weeks now and love the changes I see and feel everyday..I have lost 15 pounds and am very happy. (ALTHOUGH) I notice that since I had started having one Atkins bar a day as sortof a reward to myself that my weightloss has came to a hault.. TOTALLY. I log every thing I eat and drink in a notebook, so I can look back and see if any new things may cause a change in my weightloss. It has only been 2 weeks of no weightloss but it seems very funny that's how long I been enjoying them bars, Hmmm!Has anyone else had this happen to them? I would really like some advice for this .. Thank you so much

They are ok for me...as long as I don't eat them every day. I have two per week at most; usually in 1/2 bar increments and am losing again.

Your mileage may vary, as they say. Some report stalling on frankenfoods, others do not. Only one way to find out!

This is interesting as I've been on a stall now for about three weeks- the same amount of time I've been enjoying an Advantage or Endulge bar daily. Hummmm. Think I will stop for a week and see if it helps.

I have been sticking with Induction for about 2 1/2 months. I was doing really well and then hit a stall about a month ago. Now that I think about it, the only thing I added in was a few Atkins Bars or Carbolite bars. (usually one a day) I think I will drop them and see what happens.

I am absolutely sure that Atkins Advantage bars is the culprit for me not losing anything during the first week of my induction. Although the book says they are permitted, I was really getting frustrated by my lack of results. I had my last Atkins bar on Sunday. From Sunday to today, Thursday, I have lost 8 lbs. I've changed nothing else in my eating/exercise habits.

hmm... atkins center sells bars, makes money, stalls weight loss, you stay on diet longer, buy more bars....

*shock*

CONSPIRACY!

Default The last pounds

Something else. As I noticed you have similar weight loss goal as I had. When you are only 10-15 lbs from your goal, the weightloss slows down, even without any culprit. Patience can help:-)))

(My monthly weight loss were: 8lbs, 7 lbs, 5 lbs, 5 lbs, then I needed 3 months to loose the last 10 lbs.)

Great job, good luck for the last 13:-)))
