Default I had a starbuck's caramel frappuccino. That's bad right????

I'm not exactly in induction anymore so i guess it's not that bad after all. What exactly does a frappucino consist of? Before I started atkins I knew nothing about frappuccino's or coffee for that matter but someone gave me a coupon one day and I tryed it once and I've been longing for one ever since . I've been trying to stay in induction but i'm more like going into OWL because i go over 20 carbs daily and I don't keep track of my carb intake like I use to, but I know I stay below 40 carbs and I haven't lost weight and I haven't gained. Yesterday I was in ketotis like never before...I mean the keto stick turned a darrrrk purple, but i was very good yesterday...so I guess what i'm asking is...since I still want to lose weight should I go back to the induction phase or should I just tweak some things in order to lose weight during owl? I haven't lost or gained but I do want to go back to losing but I know doing 20 carbs one day and doing 40 another isn't good....or is it?

As I understand it, an occasional stall is not uncommon. How long have you been stalling? I don't think going back to induction is necessary but doing some tweaking might be the way to go....maybe add some exercise too, just something different to jump start the process.

FYI: a 16 ounce Caramel Frap has 61 carbs, I would shy away from those in the future... I usually order a espresso con panna (espresso with whip cream) which is only 1 carb, or a cafe americano with cream and SF syrup, 4 carbs.

Elisa, I have been doing the same thing lately. It seems that just eating lowcarb isn't working for me as far as weightloss. I think I do better when I am more disciplined- at least writing down what I eat and counting the carbs. Did you get kind of bored with 20 carbs per day?

I go to Dunkin Donuts and see those specialty drinks advertised, when I only want to get a regular coffee(I love their coffee)and I always wonder what is in them because they are soooo tempting!!!!
