If you check RS sugar free vs. low carb, I believe the count is the same however the price is much higher just for the different packaging.

Guilty of enjoying the Russel Stover SF candies, but they don't seem to effect my weight loss. I do limit my consumption--but it really helps to be able to have something for the chocoholic within.

Talking russell stover

yes, i have tried the russel stover candies, in fact i was reading this and had an empty pkg of the toffee in front of me. it had really helped me to curb my trememdous sweet tooth, i am still losing weight, have to be careful and not eat too much because tummy will start gurgling and run to the bathroom.

I keep myself to ONE per day, and not every day, and have no problems. Variety is not a problem because I love them ALL: the mint patties, the raspberry filled, but especially the toffee bars...golly, golly.
It thrills DH because a romantic thing he was missing was buying me candy, and now he can do it again.

Has he found the sampler-style box yet? I found that at Walgreen's (but didn't buy it -- something to consider for gifts)

The Russell Stover Chocolate Truffles ROCK.........the center is soooo rich and creamy......and since they are individiually wrapped, just one does the trick for me as far as portion control is concerned.

I can't decide between the mint and the toffee. So I compromise by buying both. Neither causes digestive upsets for me. I love them! I'm not so crazy about the whole box of RS sf candies, mostly because I am fussy.

Great stuff, the Russell Stover....

Okay so I had a bad day today and wanted chcolate and ended up going to the russell stover site and ordered a few different ones since I cannot find them locally.

Now I just hope I have self control lol.

I have been pretty good with the LC candy. I was able to get one bag of the hersheys and limit myself and not gorge.

I was going to stay away cause the PB cups were BLECHY! Then I tried the mint patties and tears of joy came to my eyes. They are sooooooooooooo good.
I want to try the chocolate coconut ones next.
I limit myself to one a day too, or sometimes go without so I don't get too hooked. Walgreens has the boxes on sale right now, so I might stock up, though.

They now make a SF Whitman's Sampler! Oh the joy of rummaging around in a big box of assorted chocolates again!

(But yeah, the amazing diarrhea when you overdo it is such a great way to curb binges.)
